Khalidoscope Services Ltd (incorporated on 24 March 2011) operates under the trading name Your UK Pharmacy and is a GPhC registered (9010096) pharmacy located in Greater Manchester, UK. You UK Pharmacy has been serving the community in North England for more than a decade and has become a key supplier to the public sector (NHS) and local community.  The business provides NHS prescription delivery across the UK and a full-service travel clinic.

Khalid Ahmed is the superintendent Pharmacist and Director of Your UK Pharmacy. He has +12 years Pharmacy experience, is an active Local Practice Forum (LPF) member, and is part of the executive assembly for the Pharmacy Defence Association (PDA) and the chair for the Employee's committee where he provides support, feedback and representation on behalf of the employed pharmacists of the PDA.

Prior to setting up Your UK Pharmacy in 2011, Khalid worked as a locum pharmacist and held several managerial positions at two of the largest UK retailers. He has a Masters in Pharmacy from the University of Portsmouth, UK which he obtained in 2002.

Murabaha SPV 6 Ltd. is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) formed to provide finance to Khalidoscope Services Ltd (Your UK Pharmacy) in the form of a commodity murabaha agreement. The investors are issued B shares in the SPV that provides the onward financing to Your UK Pharmacy. Additional details are in the attached Information Memorandum document. You should read all available information before deciding to invest. 

The returns for each investor will depend upon the amount of capital contributed by that investor (i.e. on a pro-rata basis). Payments consisting of profit and principal installments will be made each month on a pro-rata basis over the 36 month tenor as per the payment schedule defined in the attached Information Memorandum document.  The forecast profit rate of 12.5% gross per annum is the aforementioned profit margin that represents the SPV's return (less any fees and charges). 

Your UK Pharmacy is seeking growth capital of up to £200k to purchase inventory and working capital. The finance facility will allow the company to negotiate favorable prices with its main suppliers by placing larger stock orders. Note, if only the minimum target is reached, the funds will be used in the same way.

Revenues for the year ended up to March'21 is c.£664k with sales growth of c.54% during the pandemic in 2021. Your UK Pharmacy also had healthy EBITDA margins at c.27% over the last 3 years. Fixed assets are minimal as expected in a service-based company and there is no financial debt within the business. On an adjusted Net asset basis, excluding dividends paid to the shareholder, the equity position of the company in FY21 was c.£217k.
