QFL is a member of the Qardus Group. It is important to note that this financing agreement does not constitute a designated investment for the purposes of UK financial services regulation.

Accordingly, Qardus is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and investors do not have rights under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme or the Financial Ombudsman Service. Any money that you invest under the financing agreement is at risk and you will not be able to access it unless and until it is repaid by the SME. Qardus does not provide advice on whether investing is suitable in light of your individual financial circumstances. If you are in any doubt about investing, you should consider seeking advice from an appropriately qualified investment professional.
